Most gate problems come down to the posts. Gate posts carry constant movement and weight, so we size and set them for the gate they are carrying, then hang the gate square with quality hinges and a latch that suits how you use it.

For wider driveway and field gates we use heavier posts and ironmongery, and can fit drop bolts, slam plates and lockable latches where security matters.

If your gate drags, sticks in winter or no longer latches, it can often be put right without replacing it. We re-set posts, replace hinges and latches, re-square frames and adjust clearances.
